Relojes sesenteros y New York Times.
Me ha llamado la atención ésta preciosa fotografía publicada en el New York Times para ilustrar un artículo que comenta que está de moda la vuelta al diseño sesentero en los relojes. En él se dice que los Ventura ahora mismo venden más que las líneas "tecnológicas" según Hamilton y que éstos diseños están entre los más demandados en el portal de venta de vintages watchismo.com

Donde esté el Vacheron, la verdad, que se quiten los otros...y no lo digo por marca, sino por la forma del Hamilton "Elvis Presley" Ventura. Ufffffffff, difícil de poner y demasiado "Pop".
Pues si hay algún reloj que tengo claro desde hace años que acabaré teniendo es el Ventura. Otro de mis griales. Eso si, en cuarzo o automático con esfera ciega, no el "medio esqueleto" o el crono que se ven por ahí.

¿Venturas? Si están en fabricación actualmente y no difieren mucho de los "originales", casi prefiero los nuevos por tema de fiabilidad y recambios. Además, si son de los primeros eléctricos tenían una pega, que eran muy delicados. Hay un relojero francés establecido en América, un tal René Rondeau, que estaba especializado de todos modos en su arreglo y en restaurarlos.Iniciado por vilobi
